Family Care Options originated in 1986 from the family business Joli Tours- the travel experts for private families and groups to the high end ski resorts of Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Offering the personalized travel experience meeting groups and families at the destination and arranging for care for the family, thus Family Care Options was born.
Maria Raimo, founder and owner of Family Care Options created the exclusive service offering private families options for care at home or while traveling. For over two decades, Family Care Options has provided exemplary caregivers and staff for the traveling families, private residence and guests of the 5 star hotels.
Our Service
Family Care Options is a fully insured caregiver company and a member of the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges. As an approved vendor of Port Authority, we provide full travel assistance and airport pick up and drop off when traveling.
Our service is available to our clients 24 hours a day-everyday' offering complete support and peace of mind while surrounded by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our website and 24 hour live service line provides easy access to reserve any service from estate management, house manager, travel assistance, travel sitters, hotel sitters, nannies, housekeepers, or pet caregiver.
