Hotel Child Sitting: $67.00 per hour/4 hour minimum - up to 3 children additional $5.00 per child/per hour after the 3rd child (max 4 children per caregiver, over 4 children require a second caregiver at the same per-hour rate / max 2 children under the age of 1 require a second caregiver)

Hotel Dog Walking: $67.00 per walk - up to 45 minute walk, rate based on up to 2 dogs - additional $5.00 per dog/per hour after 2 dogs-max 4 dogs per caregiver.

Hotel Dog Sitting: $67.00 per hour/3 hour minimum - up to 2 dogs - additional $5.00 per dog/per hour after 2 dogs-max 4 dogs per caregiver.

Hotel Cat Sitting: $67.00 per hour/3 hour minimum - up to 2 cats - additional $5.00 per cat/per hour after 2 cats - max 4 cats per caregiver.

Hotel Adult Care: $67.00 per hour minimum 5 hours - up to 1 adultConfirming Request: Once a request for care is confirmed with our care specialist, we email the sitter confirmation with the sitter's profile attached to the email provided and the credit card provided will be billed.

Same-Day Service: Sitting requests received less than 24 hours before the start time, will incur a $50.00 same-day booking surcharge.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the start date and time confirmed the client will be responsible and billed for the entire schedule of services confirmed. All hourly rates and transportation fees will be charged to the credit card provided. All cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice of the start date and time will receive a refund to the credit card provided.

Return Transportation Surcharge: The client will be billed $50.00 return car transportation if the caregiver works past 9:00 pm.

Holiday Rate: Holiday rates vary during our holiday season, which is in effect from November 1, 2025, through January 2, 2026. Due to high demand, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible to secure your booking reservation.

Please Note: Family Care Options holds the right to change the confirmed sitter and/or caregiver without notice in the event Family Care Options receives good information such as but not limited to the current health status of the confirmed sitter and/or caregiver. In which case, Family Care Options will make the necessary change of sitter and/or caregiver confirmed in the best interest of the family requesting care.

Method of Payment: All major credit cards accepted. All credit card orders require a credit card number, expiration date, security code, zip code, and email address to send the credit card receipt. There is a 4% charge for internet and telephone credit card orders.

Confirming Care: Upon confirming the care and schedule stated in the order form, we will email a confirmation confirming the services, and the confirmed schedule of services will be billed to the credit card provided. In the event the client and/or guest has additional services rendered past the said schedule confirmed, the client and/or guest will be billed for additional services rendered.
