Billing & Rates: Service rates are available on our website and upon request. All services are billed in hourly increments, with a 4-hour minimum for household staffing and a return transportation fee if the staff works past 9:00 PM.

Monthly Membership: $49.00 per month.

Preferred Member Hourly Sitting Rates: Starting at $32.00 per hour minimum 4 hours

Family Care Household Staff: Nannies, Sitters, Hotel Sitters, Travel Sitters, Dog Walkers, Pet Sitters, Adult Care, Housekeepers, Private Chef, and Personal Assistant.

Payment: Upon submitting the membership order form and the services are confirmed, the credit card provided will be billed for the confirmed schedule of service. All major credit cards are accepted.

Confirmation: Upon confirming the care and schedule, a confirmation with the caregiver's profile attached will be emailed confirming the services. In the event additional services are rendered the credit card provided will be billed accordingly.
